Period: 2019, 2022 & 2025Across multiple engagements, Tigertail designed and delivered crisis exercises reflecting the evolving risk landscape of global agribusiness banking.
Scenarios covered:

Outcome: Each multi-jurisdictional exercise delivered evidence-based insights and improvement plans, building executive capability across Australia and New Zealand operations. -

Period: 2025Tigertail provided independent assurance on GMW’s emergency management exercise to meet statutory obligations under the Emergency Management Act 2013 (Vic).
Focus: Evaluation of GMW’s preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery capability for dam safety and community protection.
Outcome: A detailed assurance report confirming compliance, effectiveness and opportunities for improvement. -

Period: 2023–2024Tigertail delivered and reported on two multi-agency dam safety exercises—Exercise Awoonga and Exercise Whistling Duck—testing emergency communication systems and response coordination.
Focus: Dam safety, catchment management and use of the Whispir platform.
Outcome: Comprehensive post-exercise reporting and recommendations to strengthen readiness and response across multiple agencies. -

Period: 2025A strategic review and gap analysis of Avalon Airport’s Aerodrome Emergency Plan (AEP) led to a targeted tabletop simulation using virtual tools to test preparedness.
Focus: Plan review, scenario-based testing, stakeholder engagement.
Outcome: A validated AEP supported by evidence-based recommendations and capability improvement actions presented to key stakeholders.

Period: 2021–2023Tigertail revised and modernised AAD’s Incident Management Framework, aligning it with the Australian Inter-Agency Incident Management System (AIIMS).
Scope: Framework redevelopment, multi-level training design and delivery, validation exercises simulating Antarctic incidents.
Outcome: A cohesive, national-standard incident management approach enhancing safety and coordination across AAD operations. -
Sector: Government – Critical Infrastructure
Period: 2025Tigertail designed and facilitated Exercise Ardenna, a hybrid (in-person and online) simulation of a high-pathogenicity avian influenza outbreak in Victoria.
Participants: DEECA, Agriculture Victoria, Department of Health, EPA, CMAs and 18 Victorian water corporations.
Outcome: Strengthened inter-agency coordination and decision-making under complex biosecurity and water-related threat conditions.

Period: 2023–CurrentTigertail partnered with Campbelltown City Council to strengthen organisational resilience and continuity of operations. The engagement began with an executive-level discussion exercise to raise awareness of Council’s six key risk elements and to test its capability to manage significant disruptions.
Scope included:

– Development of a whole-of-council Continuity of Operations Framework
