RICK STONE

Rick Stone is a highly experienced emergency manager and training specialist who has worked extensively in the private and public sectors. Rick founded Tigertail Australia in 2010 as a consultancy that specialises in risk, crisis and emergency management. Focusing on building capability and resilience, Rick has designed and delivered training and simulation activities at strategic, tactical and operational level across government and industry. A qualified executive coach and helicopter pilot, Rick has a background in defence, as a senior public servant, and strategic consultant.

Samantha Ford has national and international experience in planning for, and mitigating risks across, a broad range of industries. Samantha’s experience is founded in emergency, crisis and business continuity management with expertise in training and exercise development, crisis communications, planning and policy development. Focusing on efficiency and building systems and plans that work, she is an advocate for determining and designing what works best for the client and the risks that they face.

Craig Moroz joined Tigertail in 2018 to strengthen our financial services and protective security capability. He has over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services. Craig has extensive practical experience managing responses to natural and man-made disasters, financial crime, technology disruptions, and product, supply chain and strategic partner failures.

Jo Jordan has been with the Tigertail team since 2017. She has wide-ranging experience in people management, compliance and administrative support. Jo is an internationally accredited coach and is proficient in mentoring, leadership and working with teams in diverse and high threat environments. Focusing on supporting the team to maintain operational continuity and creating constructive and positive change.
